You can't go wrong with an Ania Haie Australia eGift Card. The recipient can buy whatever they like, so they will get jewellery they love. The Electronic Gift Cards can be purchased via our Online Shop only. The Electronic Gift Card will be emailed directly to your inbox, you can forward it to the recipient or print it out and give it to them.
Australian Electronic Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.aniahaie.com.au ONLY, so are only available for Australian and New Zealand Shoppers. These Gift Cards are not valid at Ania Haie stockists globally or online at Ania Haie stores based outside of Australia.
PLEASE NOTE:
When Ania Haie Australia eGift Cards are redeemed, they are treated by our website as a payment method. Therefore, the value of the Gift Card will not be added into the minimum order value when calculating promotions.
Gift Cards are available online in values of $50, $100, $150 & $200 Australian Dollars. Please contact our customer service team if you require a different amount for your Gift Card as this can be arranged for you.

Returns are made within 30 days of receipt.
There are two easy options to return/exchange your order. These are explained below.

Articles are returned to us unworn & in original packaging.
The packaging will protect the jewellery against damage during transport.

Include your order number & completed returns slip.
Refunds/Exchanges will be processed using the original tender type i.e. eGift Card, AfterPay, PayPal or Credit Card.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges if you have purchased from one of our network of retail stockists, you must return these to the original store where you purchased them.

- The supplied jewellery can be examined only – comparable with trying them on in a physical store. Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
- Sale Items
- change of mind for sale or promotional items can be exchanged, or returned for Ania Haie eGift card. Refunds will not be given for change of mind on sale products.
- Free Gifts
- If promotional free gifts were offered at the time of order and the refund/exchange leads to the order no longer meeting the promotion requirement, refunds will not be processed unless the free Gifts have been returned.

New Zealand GST, Customers Charges, Duties & Fees
As we are based in Australia and you are buying from an Australian company, we charge you for your order in Australian dollars. The actual price charged to New Zealand customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company. Please note orders which are more than the equivalent of ~NZ$300 and shipped to New Zealand may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised service provider.
