Where can I get my Ania Haie Jewellery cleaned?
You can visit your local Ania Haie Retail Partner Store to get your jewellery cleaned. Please contact your local retailer for more information here.
How can I clean my jewellery at home?
You can clean your Ania Haie Jewellery at home by gently rubbing a jewellery/polishing cloth to remove any dirt/chemicals to make your jewellery look shiny and new again.
To avoid premature wear on your Ania Haie jewellery, avoid spraying perfume or rubbing any lotions on your jewellery or skin that has contact with your jewellery. When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place.
What can I do if I want to try on the jewellery first?
You can visit one of our Retail Partner's here if you would like to try on the jewellery first. We would advise to call ahead and ask if they have the jewellery you want in stock first.
Alternatively, we have a flexible returns policy if you prefer to shop online.
I'm wanting to purchase a gift for my friend, will the jewellery be sent with a receipt with the price?
All Ania Haie jewellery sent from our online store come with a gift receipt for returns and has all pricing sticker and tags removed. Any item purchased from our Ania Haie store is perfect as a gift!
How will my jewellery come packaged?
All jewellery from Ania Haie come beautifully packaged in it's original packaging.
How can I track my order?
Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please click on this link for more information on your orders whereabouts.
WARRANTY & FAULT CLAIMS
What do I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We strive to ensure each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. In the unfortunate event your jewellery arrives damaged, please click here to be in contact with one of our customer service representatives to get the issue rectified as soon as possible.
Do you offer jewellery repairs?
Depending on the type of breakage and wear, we can offer a repair or a replacement in the case of a faulty product.
If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 12 months.
RETURNS
How do I lodge a return?
You can start you return by clicking here.
For your own security, we would like to point out that any item you are returning or exchanging should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport. We also advise to keep your postage receipt for tracking until processing is complete. Please note there may be delays in processing returns during busier trade periods.
How long do I have to lodge a return?
We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Final Sale items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
Can I take my online order in-store for a return?
Ania Haie purchases made from our online store are required to be returned back to our online store. Unfortunately, they can not be returned in-store at a Ania Haie Retail Partner.
